Diana Masopust discovered BNI as a member of an online group in her native Romania during Covid. The Givers Gain culture and the way members helped each other grow convinced her that this also belongs in the Czech Republic — a country that has been her home for 17 years.

She founded BNI Czech Republic in September 2022. She did not speak Czech and did not know a single Czech entrepreneur. Today, as a National Director and Master Franchisee, she still personally communicates with members, leads teams, and trains every regional franchisee and partner in the country, both in Czech and English.

Its goal is for BNI to become the most effective and trustworthy system for business growth in the Czech Republic.
