National Director, BNI Ireland

Gavin is the National Director for BNI Ireland, responsible for accelerating the strategic growth, development, and long‑term sustainability of BNI across the country. He works closely with members, leadership teams, and the national leadership team to strengthen business communities built on trust, collaboration, and meaningful professional relationships.

Gavin is passionate about helping chapters move beyond effective weekly meetings to become high‑performing referral teams with clear vision, strong leadership, and consistent execution. His focus includes leadership development, member experience, and supporting chapters to build momentum through proven BNI systems and structured growth planning.

A key priority in Gavin’s role is the launch and development of new BNI chapters, working with local business leaders to establish professional, values‑driven referral networks aligned with BNI’s Core Values.

Prior to joining BNI, Gavin held senior leadership roles in sales, relationship management, and strategic team development. He now brings this extensive experience to supporting BNI members throughout Ireland and Beyond.

Gavin is married to his childhood sweetheart, Belinda for 30 years, has two sons, Adam & Camryn, a dog called Marlow, and a love for all things Football!
