Before joining BNI Global, she spent 11 years with ERA Real Estate, serving as Vice President of Franchise Performance. There, she worked alongside some of the organization’s top brokerages, helping leaders establish ambitious goals, navigate market challenges, implement best practices, and achieve sustainable growth.
 
Throughout her career, Carissa has built a reputation for bringing people, ideas, and resources together to solve problems and create opportunities.
